The plain version.

Building

It is free to build, with no card. Take as long as you like; nothing is charged until you pick how to have it.

Free for 14 days, with no card. Your site goes live when you press the button. To keep it after the free days, put a card in; nothing is charged until they are up.
Then $29 a month, until you stop it. Stop any time from your site's page; the site stays up until the end of the month you have paid for.
If a payment does not go through, you are told, and the card is tried again. If it is still unpaid after 7 days, the site is paused. A paused site is kept for 30 days — you are warned 7 days before the end — and comes straight back if you pay in that time. After that it is deleted.
Up to 3 pages, on a free web address, with the set designs and colour sets, and a small “Website by Sitework” link at the bottom.
No refunds. The first 14 days are free, so you see it working before you pay anything.
Buying Own It later stops the monthly the moment you pay, with no credit for months already paid. Your site stays live.

Paid before it goes live. JTS looks it over first and may send it back with a note if something needs fixing. You get an email the moment it is live.
Up to 10 pages, your own domain, every design, colours of your own, and no Sitework link.
After it is live, words, photos, prices and hours are yours to change, and go live when you press the button. A new page or a new layout goes past JTS first.
Your money back in full if you ask before your site goes live, or within 14 days after it does. After that, no refunds.
Hosting is included for as long as JTS offers the service. If JTS ever stops hosting, you get at least 90 days' notice and a copy of your site files.

Quoted first. Nothing is charged or agreed until you say yes to a price. Half is paid to start and half when it is done.
Then $149 a month, which covers up to 1 hour of changes a month, support, and keeping the site working. More work than that is $75 an hour.
If the monthly stops, your site stays up; changes and support stop until it is paid.
No refunds on custom work.

JTS looks over every site that goes live, on every plan — and can take any site down that breaks these terms, on any plan, paid for or not.
What is on the site is yours — your words, your photos, your business name. Ask and they are sent to you.
What JTS will not host: anything illegal, anything that pretends to be another business or person, scams, anything deceptive, adult or hateful. A site that is, or becomes, one of those is taken down.
Reviews are only shown when you say they are real — copied from real customers, with their permission. Invented reviews are against the law.
Messages from your site are kept for you in Sitework and sent to your email. They are yours; JTS does not use them for anything.
