Our story

Blue Door started in 2016 with one oven and a church-supper pie recipe. Mae baked, her brother ran the grill, and the line out of the blue front door gave the place its name.

We still make everything here, every morning: biscuits from buttermilk, gravy from scratch, and pie crust by hand. When something sells out, it is gone until tomorrow — that is how you know it was made today.
